Celebrate Japanese cuisine and sake at Izakaya Den and Sushi Den’s annual sake seminar and grand tasting. Sake masters from Yamagata region of Japan will showcase award-winning sakes paired with selections by master chef Toshi Kizaki.

Japanese cuisine has recently been recognized as one of United Nations’ UNESCO’s Cultural Heritage lists in 2013.
Where there is good food, good sakes are also found all over Japan.
With the celebration of Japanese cuisine as well as Sushi Den’s 30th year in business, we will be the offering a unique opportunity to taste a variety of sakes ranging from popular pairing sakes to curated sipping selections by Master Chef Toshi Kizaki.
The GRAND TASTING will showcase Gold Medal winning sake brewers from Japan throughout Izakaya Den’s beautiful second floor.
Sake will be paired with izakaya-style selections such as Chicken Tatsuta-age, Miso Cod, Sriracha Garlic Shrimp (all gluten-free) and an assortment of Izakaya Den and Sushi Den’s Sushi, Sashimi and Signature Rolls.
The food is served Cocktail-Party-style, this is not a sit down dinner.
Grand Tasting limited to: 125 spots / Izakaya Den
7 pm – 9:30 pm – $75 + tax
